If selected, you agree to participate from May–October 2026. If you plan to travel or cannot pick up your produce, you must give advance notice.

This program is made possible through multiple funding sources and is subject to availability. Our goal is to serve as many seniors as possible.

Program Details:

   •    Pick-up Location: Rustic Roots Sanctuary (on-farm pick-up only)

   •    Pick-up Day & Time: Thursdays, 12:30–3:00 PM

   •    Confirmation: You will receive a weekly confirmation call or SMS text.

A lot of effort goes into growing and providing this fresh food, so it’s important that we get it to those who need it most. You must confirm your pick-up each week or notify us in advance if you are unable to pick up.
